Nous sommes vraiment désolés d'apprendre que le flacon de votre set d'accessoires de salle de bain Kyle présente un défaut d'étanchéité. Il est totalement inacceptable qu'un produit arrive avec un tel défaut de fabrication qui empêche son utilisation normale.

Het spijt ons enorm om te horen dat de Bathroom Accessories Kyle Set zo snel kwaliteitsproblemen vertoont. Vlekken die niet weggaan, afbladderende verf na slechts twee keer daags gebruik en zwarte sporen op je wasbak na één maand - dit is absoluut niet acceptabel en valt ver onder onze kwaliteitsnormen.

We begrijpen je teleurstelling volledig. Badkameraccessoires zouden bestand moeten zijn tegen dagelijks gebruik zonder dat de afwerking zo snel verslechtert. Het feit dat je nu permanente vlekken op je wasbak hebt door ons product is helemaal onaanvaardbaar.
